Feasibility first, no blind filing
MOM considers a candidate's past record, so a rejection's causes should be fixed before refiling. We assess whether your conditions can pass rather than proceeding just because we were paid.
EMPLOYMENT PASS
Not just an application — first, whether your path actually works
An EP is applied for by the company as employer on behalf of an employee, even when that employee is you. Meeting the minimum salary is only the ticket; what decides the outcome is COMPASS scoring and the company's own standing. For cases without a third-party offer, a partner law firm assesses a viable pathway before deciding whether to proceed; the application is filed by the employer or a partner licensed employment agency (MOM EA licence).

WHY YUSEN

MOM considers a candidate's past record, so a rejection's causes should be fixed before refiling. We assess whether your conditions can pass rather than proceeding just because we were paid.

Salary, qualifications, company nationality diversity, local employment share — we go through how each affects your score.

For cases without a third-party offer, such as founding and employing yourself, a partner law firm assesses a compliant pathway.

The EP threshold rises for new applications from 1 January 2027 (renewals: passes expiring from 1 January 2028). If your plan spans the year, we factor that in ahead of time.
HOW WE DO IT
Use the enquiry form to tell us your employer situation, intended role, salary and business plan.
Reply within ~1 business dayAgainst COMPASS scoring and the salary threshold, we judge whether current conditions can pass; offer-less cases are assessed by the law firm.
Depends on complexityAssemble the application; the role generally must first be advertised on MyCareersFuture for at least 14 consecutive days (exemptions include firms with fewer than 10 employees, fixed monthly salary of S$22,500 or more, and short-term roles of 1 month or less).
If required: at least 14 days of advertisingThe EP application is submitted by a partner licensed employment agency (MOM EA licence) or the employer, and we keep progress in sync; on approval, we coordinate issuance and dependant DP arrangements.

PRICING
Fees are quoted per case. Outcomes are decided independently by the authorities; the fee does not represent approval.
We handle needs assessment, the document checklist and advertising pointers, and follow up on progress
EP holders with a fixed monthly salary of at least S$6,000 can apply for a legal spouse and unmarried children under 21 (including legally adopted)
Company registration plus one EP, handled together
EP applications carry MOM's official fees at cost; our service fee is quoted per case.
COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS
Salary is only the ticket. COMPASS scoring, a very new company, or too few local staff all cost points and can still lead to rejection.
Incorporation is only the first step. The EP still needs enough operating substance to support the application.
MOM considers a candidate's past record; after a rejection, resolve the reasons first, then refile.
THE FULL LIFECYCLE
Getting the pass is the start. Each later stage is judged differently — we coordinate and follow up on all of them.
Not an automatic extension. MOM reassesses salary and COMPASS against the current year, and the threshold rise reaches renewals on 1 January 2028, not 2027. How renewal works →
A three-month window, and only the employer or authorised third party who filed may lodge it. We diagnose which gate failed before choosing appeal or refiling. How appeals work →
You must submit via your own Singpass — we do not file for you. What we do is document and certification work, consistency across employment and tax records, and timing. PR essentials →
